Hey Tumblr, what are those tent-like, fabric walls with the family crests on them called? Book research! If you know anything about Japanese history, can you help me out?

MYSTERY SOLVED! They are jinmaku (陣幕).
Toyotomi Hideyoshi (豊臣 秀吉, February 2, 1536 or March 26, 1537 – September 18, 1598) - Modern replica of his most famous armour. Hand crafted with exact detail of the original but made to measure by Murutake in Satsuma-Sendai city of Japan. Could do with looking a little more worn-in and aged, so I would be happy to wear it and do just that for you.. cheers
In Japan you can also lease out these armours for your weddings. More examples from yoroi.co.jp
